LOT OF 4 PACKAGES- Clear plastic bags with diagonal pink and red stripes. Scattered small hearts in pink, red, and black. Bright, festive design for party favors or gifts. I do not know how many are in a package for sure because I can’t count the unopened packages. I would have to cut it open. I have 3 unopened and one opened. The opened package has 18 cellophane bags in it. This is for all 4 packages. All bags have a sticky tab at the top for sealing them. Heartfelt Small Gift Bags are often sold in packs of 25.
