Vintage 1960s Homemade Dress Pale Blue Velvet Silk Lining Belts Wounded Bird. Here we have a made by mom 1960s dress. It is long sleeve and falls to about knee length. There is an elastic waist and the dress is fully lined besides the sleeves. The collar is front facing with two long ties to tie into a bow. Included are 2 different belts. The center back zipper is plastic and works well. This piece is in fair vintage condition and would be considered a wounded bird. There are many stains and fading to the fabric as pictured.
