mtnshop@knox694 Hello - I've just taken these measurements on the calf: The unworn boot, on a flat lay, measures 9" on one side on the very top of the boot (so 18" circumference). At approximately the midpoint of the boot, the flat lay measurement is approximately 7.33" (so 14.66" circumference). This is with the decorative buckle set at the loosest setting, which is always how it has been set. There is some stretch to the upper portion of the boot, and the buckle can be set tighter if desired. :)
