Vintage sailor themed romper is made out of a stretchy knit. It does not have a label but it fits a 29 waist and a 36 bust. It has a matching knit belt and anchor buttons. As long as you are not much taller than 5'7 this will fit you. Shorts are pretty short. Only a little over 2 in inseam. There is one small tear about a quarter of an inch as seen in the last picture. This could be repaired
