What is the hip width please? And how much stretch is there overall?

@thrift4grnrgaia Hi! Since hip measurements can vary depending on where they're taken, I measured about 9.5" down from the waistband. It measures approximately 21" across when laid flat unstretched. The fabric is very stretchy.
