NWT Women's Tristan Mini Skirt Size 12 Polyamide Spandex Mix Dark Navy

brand new Tristan skirt. The size is a 12 laying flat it measures 17 inches at the waist 20.5 inches top to bottom and the width at the bottom is 19.5 inches. The color on the tag says Marine Navy, its very dark and almost looks black. There is a flap at the bottom and there is a mark on the inside(see pic).
