Jones New York Blue Chambray Shirt Dress with Tie Waist

Button-front chambray shirt dress. Two chest flap pockets. Attached self-tie belt for a defined waist. Short rolled sleeves. Classic collar and epaulet details. I always list my worn items as good but this is in excellent shape. Length is about 40”. It measures 20” across the bust area just under the sleeves as seen in picture. It has pockets!
