Great slouchy bag. More of a burlap material (outer material). Magnetic button clasp. Inside pocket. Note there are a couple of tears, as shown, at handle and under the bag. Miner marks inside lining. Otherwise, great bag with lots of wear left. Purchased at a boutique at a beach town in CA. Not sure of the brand.
