This is a vintage Caravelle by Bulova women's cocktail watch which features an elegant, retro design and was manufactured, as per the backstamp, in 1968. It has a champagne-colored face, oval bezel with an intricate, cross-hatched textured pattern. It's made of 10K gold fill with stainless steel backing and features the vintage "Twist-O-Flex" expansion watchband, which has a really cool texture.
