Vintage 1960s BOBBIE BROOKS Pastel Sketch Print Dress / 25 waist

A really special 1960s vintage dress! Even without the incredible print, the dress is stunning. Starting at the top... the shoulders each have two buttons to close. The gathered bust sits atop an empire waist, with a snug fit through the body to the true waist. The skirt gathers at the waist and falls to roughly below knee length. I have pictured it here with a petticoat (not included) for volume. The dress closes at the back with a metal zipper and hook and eye. But the print! The fabric feels like cotton, and features a pink, blue and yellow pastel watercolour swirl, with sketches of Mediterranean scenes. Buildings, fountains, pottery and more. An absolute treasure!
