Length 18 in Waist 19.5 in flat This skirt is so cute! NWT Pleated Mini skirt in a super soft sweater material. Neutral beige with white stripes stretch waistband. Retails for $45 Note there are some gray marks on the bottom of the skirt. It looks like it's from falling off the hanger at the store.
