This is a gingham seersucker midi dress by Torrid, in a women's size 1 or 1X. It's the Off Shoulder Peasant Midi Dress, in grey and white--looks like black and white to me. High-waisted; elastic waist, with a tie. Milkmaid/peasant look... Side slit pockets. Lined. The chest measurement is 17 inches across, lying flat--with some stretch--see photos. The waist measures 15 inches across, lying flat. When the elastic is stretched, it measures up to 20 inches across. The length is 45 inches--midi length. The dress is in excellent condition, with no holes or stains. Enjoy!
