Hi! do you know the waist & length? Also, is it clingy or does it float a little more?

Just added some photos with measurements. It is fitted in waist and hips with movement at the bottom. It is not super flared despite the name but it is not clingy. I added a photo of the skirt currently available in yellow for reference on the fit.
