Morning. Couple of questions. Is this the eco precip rain jacket? Also does this jacket fit snugly so to speak? If I normally wear a large shirt does the xl allow for light layering? Know you may not be able to answer that. Appreciate any info. Thank you

Looks to be waterproof seaming but it is not the thick taping I have seen on some jackets
