IRO lace and ruffle Zestful mini dress

Beautiful mini dress featuring mesh lace inlets in the bodice and skirt. The skirt is fully lined, but the bodice is not. Ruffles are down both sides as well as the hemline. The ruffles create a flutter sleeve. There is a small elastic band at the waist to help cinch it. Perfect dress for vacation, a spring or summer event, Valentine's day, date night, cocktails, a party, or any other semi-formal event. NWT. Please see photos for size chart.
