It appears to be used a very few times if any. New Old Stock (NOS) with an incredibly crisp interior tag that looks brand new. Brand: La Regale, Ltd. Era: Late 1950s to early 1960s. I do see on the crown, two hooks where the clear thread hooks on to attach the purse have slipped off the hook.
