Like new dress in a size medium! I am in love with this dress, but lost some weight and am looking to get it in a small! It has an elastic waist and a detachable tie belt. It's button closure at bust but looks better with it half open! Only worn once and I hand washed it. Such an adorable dress with a cotton stretch on top
