I wore these once and the strap kept slipping off my heel, so I brought them to a cobbler who tried to shorten the strap a bit. He did kind of a sloppy job, as shown in the photos. if you have a better cobbler, he could probably fix it up. I wear a size 9 and I think I must just have the wrong foot shape for these shoes. so sad because they're gorgeous.
