myglittergirls Hi, it is 24 across Peter pit, but it can stretch the materials. Very stretching. It’s nice. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex but as I said, it has some stretch to it and it hangs on your body really nice. Let me know if you want it. It’s beautiful.
