STUNNING Vintage 90s BURBERRY Luxury Designer Trench Long Men Coat

This was my grandfather's Burberry coat from the 90s. Would love for someone to enjoy this jacket and give it another life! Super stylish and very much unisex. It is sized for a man but oversized for a woman depending on measurements of course. Please see photos, there are small stains or marks throughout the jacket. I have not taken to drycleaning to determine what may be removed from the material. One button on the main closure is loose. The pocket tag has stitching on it randomly. Some wrinkles in lining from wear. The jacket I believe is a 40 R (see size tag). I have pictured measurements with the tape measure to help with sizing.
