I am at work right now but can measure in the morning. The chest area is smocked and very stretchy but I will send you the measurement I stretched

The smocked chest area (unstretched) measures 13” across and is 9” long from the top of the bodice to the waistline. The skirt adds another 22” from the waist to the hem.
