susieqshoes8 @gggiiiaaaboutiq hi, it measures 13 inches at the bust, but this is smocked and stretches, at the hips it’s 32 inches. It’s meant to be quite billowy. The length is adjustable, as the bows at the straps can be tied. It measures 40 inches long from the bust to the bottom hem…so not including the straps . Hope this helps!
