Hello:). Rise is 17in, Waist is 12in but super stretchy, and the inseam is 27in. Have a wonderful day!!!

I'm 5'3 with a 26in leg measurement, and they hit the floor on me. I hope that helps. The waist is an easy fabric to fold, though too. They are so cute and unique if you like a boho look:)
