Cece Floral Print Ruffle Dress in New Ivory XS

This is the perfect spring summer dress, my mom got it for me this Easter however it had been a Nordstrom return and so it does have somebody’s makeup markings on the inside of the neck line. You cannot see this while wearing the dress. It’s brand new and never been worn. It has gorgeous silver threading throughout the dress as well. Let me know if you have any questions or anything.
