There is wear and minor discolouration on the sherpa. The outer part of the jacket appears to be faux leather while being sherpa lined. The lining feels so teddy bear soft. There are some crusty discoloured spots in several places on the sherpa, see images. There are some patches in multiple places where the sherpa isn’t covering and you can see black, most notably on one sleeve (shown in images). The sherpa is somewhat flattened in some places. There are some loose threads as shown. Please look at measurements below carefully to ensure this will work well for you. This jacket is quite thick with this lining.
