The waistend to waistend measurement of the pants are 18.5" which make these jeans a W37. The inside tag reads they are a W38 but it looks like a W37 is more accurate. The Inseam Length of the pants are approximately 29". The tag identifies the fabric to be 99% cotton and 1% spandex. These pants were purchased NEW, NEVER WORN, WASHED ONCE.
