threadsville Hello! I double checked and the bicep should really be 15” (circumference); I’m counting the ruffle part as the cuff, which is why it’s so much wider. Length is 40” from shoulder to hem. Thank you for your interest! -Kim

jtrk Hi, just checking to see if this dress has been in the dryer and if it belonged to you? I have it in the sane size in another color but my pit to pit is about 24.5 inches

threadsville @jtrk Hello! This was not mine, so I cannot confirm if it’s been in the dryer, but it sounds like it may have shrunk a bit at some point since the measurement is that different. Thank you for your interest!
