Gorgeous blouse. Very hard to do it justice in photos. 3/4 length sleeves and sits off shoulders, really elegant. It’s a soft fine pinstripe fabric in a light grey color with navy stripe. It has a fine makeup line that I show in the photos. The inside neck has a band to keep it in place while sitting off the shoulders it can sit lower on shoulder or higher and provides a collar type design. Would depend on your natural should width.
