eeanneoGood morning. Thanks for asking…I meant to include this info: Top width is 11.5 inches, bottom width is 9 inches, height is 9 inches and the depth is 4 inches. The bag weighs 1 lb 6 oz. The zippered pocket is 7 inch opening x 8.5 inches wide x 6.75 inches high

eeanneoGood morning, the leather is not squishy to the point it would not hold its shape. The straps are very pliable and would be very comfortable in my@opinion. Definitely not stiff.
