Brand new however (callout) is it has a twisted elastic waist band hence the LOW price. Please refer to Photos. This is brand new and I’m selling at a reduced price because of the elastic waistband if you can sew & use a seam rip to open it up and straighten it, it can be adjusted. This skirt is originally over $100 brand new with tags.
