Vintage Express Compagnie Internationale Cropped Tweed Double Breasted Blazer

This Vintage 80s Express CI double breasted tweed blazer used to be part of a suit, I believe. I only have the blazer, and I have it shown here over a wool blend bcbg sweater dress (listed separately). It is a rayon blend black and white tweed, and it is cropped. The collar is velvet, and I think it would be really cute with a black velvet skirt or dress! Or even black jeans! Armpit to armpit 18" Length from shoulder 18" Sleeve length 23" It is in good vintage condition, no stains, no odor, no damage. It's possible that it might have a slightly pulled thread here or there, but nothing major at all.
