Stunning navy velvet halter prom dress featuring a beaded white embellished bodice. The dress has its own cups but I had the inserts sewn in instead of opting to have it taken in. I don’t have much up top. 😆 They can be removed though with couple snips. Measurements are approximate, not exact.
