Navy blue Lilly White top with tiny white polka dots, a stretchy fitted body, and flowy statement sleeves. It can be worn off the shoulder or slightly higher depending on the fit. I wore this once to a Kelly Clarkson concert and it has been sitting in my closet ever since.. so it is still in great condition!
