Fabulous! This skirt is made with a sari like, cotton fabric. Very hippie beachy! The waist has been altered, the drawstring has been removed. There is a lot of skirt here and would make a great upcycle.

Laid flat, it's stretches to approximately 19"-20". I hope this helps.
