_g_taylorHey, Is this item new or used because I don't want to gift someone if it's used nevermind my questions. Is the shoulder strap missing? Are the two velcro place holding bars missing? rustnrevivalHello, this item is brand new and has never been used. No stains or other damage. There is no shoulder strap as it is a tablet/laptop case. There is nothing missing either. I will try to add more photos of it later today!

_g_taylorHi, Thank you very much the case is Beautiful. I must say that I love it so much that I might keep it for myself. 😂 Gotta tell you the that cross body shoulder strap along with two Velcro bars place holders all arrived inside of the case. Thanks again this has made my day.
