Condition: these slacks have hook fasteners and an additional button inside. the button is a little loose and needs to be tightened. However the button is not really necessary as the fastener does the job.
Leg opening is 15"
Waist measures about 14" - these pants are low rise and sit on the hips.
Inseam is approx. 32"
