They have elastic around the top and bottom making them one size fits most (Small-Large). They are made from cotton fabric. They are designed to fit off the shoulder. #4 Cropped hooded Vest. Best fits a size medium. #5 The skirt is a size medium. The waist measures roughly 13 1/2in flat across the waist and it is stretchy. The skirt length is about 17in
