In the middle a blue-white moonstone (as well as a little drop at the bottom that matches it), peach moonstones at the beginning of each arm of the cross, beige-green quarts or topaz riding up each arm (I'm not totally which stones these are, but they are real), and pink topaz riding up the smaller gets between the arms.
