EUC - worn only to a couple of special events (musical review performance which was the reason I purchased) and a few outings: museum, meet-up cafe/brunch, audition, etc. Gorgeous full circle skirt w/ 4 lightweight 100% cotton slip layers - top layer with plain hem. The other 3 petticoat layers are slightly longer w/ gathered ruffle scalloped eyelet lace trim finish, adding volume similar to a square dancing skirt or Irish Step dancers - beautiful simple layering bursting with movement! In closeup of petticoat layers notice each eyelet trim is slightly different for added interest! Waistband is cotton featuring a side zipper w/ hook & eye closure. The position of the hook and eye is tight and over top of zipper pull so I don’t think I used it - one side of hook is loose. I am happy to sew it in place but I think it should be repositioned anyway and would be better to let new owner decide the placement based on their comfort level, if they care to bother - the zipper did its job on its own. Simple but formidable;-) its structure is divine - definitely a special piece with a prairie/frontier style, western flare, coquettish/girly, princess-esque, From Anthropologie Y2K circa 2003-2005.
