Love this pretty skirt but was wondering if the smallest waist measurement is 36" unstretched? Cuz that will fall right to the ground, lol! If so, do you think l can modify? It's elastic yes?

kreativekristen@bimmy123 Too big, so sad … and no it’s not draw string elastic at the waist … I am shopping more for cotton , rayon , muslin… natural fibers … if it’s new and polyester, I lived the style or colors too much to pass up … I’ll keep you in mind though …
