The items in the image are Royal Doulton figurines of the "Old Balloon Seller" (HN 1315) and "The Balloon Man" (HN 1954). Designed by Leslie Harradine, the "Old Balloon Seller" was introduced in 1929 and is one of Doulton's most popular figures. "The Balloon Man" was first issued in 1940 and later discontinued. These hand-painted porcelain figures are highly collectible and were part of a series of street seller figures. Values can vary depending on condition and specific color variations, such as the color of the balloons
