Good pre-owned condition. I bought these secondhand for my husband, but they didn't fit him. These are very nice light brown pants, good for casual work settings or everyday wear. Size 33. Measures approximately 16.5" across waistband laying flat with an 11" rise and 30" inseam. The color is between the stock photos than my photos, so light brown with reddish-orange undertones. Disclaimer: I own some women's Lululemon workout clothing, but this is my first time dealing with men's (besides their boxer briefs). I did buy this secondhand because it was a great deal, but the size and care tags were cut out. I found a size dot in the back pocket and the Lululemon tag on the back near thr belt loop. They appear to be the EasyFive Classic Straight Pant, but possibly an older one. Selling for less than I paid because I'm not 100% sure of their authenticity, but they still seem to be in good shape and my husband said they were comfortable even though they didn't fit.
