Vintage 1982 Nikko brand serving platter from the Happy Holidays collection, designed in the shape of a Christmas tree. Made in Japan The platter is crafted from white ceramic or bone china and features a decorated tree motif with a green trim around the edge. It measures approximately 12 inches in long and 10 inches wide. It has no chips or cracks, in excellent condition. It does have a spot in the ceramic on the back that came this way when made & purchased (see pic). This piece comes from the 1982 Happy Holidays collection by Nikko. While Nikko produced two nearly identical holiday lines—Happy Holidays (released in 1982) and Christmastime (released in 1991)—this specific multi-sided, tree-shaped candy dish/platter was cataloged interchangeably under both collections to complement the standard table settings.
