Antique Victorian lorgnette, gold plated with a carved design and blue and white champleve enamel. Beautiful swirl and leaf design in the enamel. Foldable spring action glasses with working push button mechanism. 6 inches long closed. 4 inch across for glasses open. Jump ring to suspend it from a chain. Remarkable condition considering age- one small chip to bottom of one lense, and light wear to plating on side. Signed with maker mark. Not hallmarked as to metals. Untested. Over 100 years old.
