jenniferbasing@melodylein Hi! I measured the dress for you 😊 It is tagged a size Large. The waist measures approximately 14.25” across laid flat (28.5” around) unstretched. The bust measures approximately 15.5” across laid flat at the point shown; because the bodice is shaped/contoured, that measurement doesn’t represent the full bust circumference. Fabric is 97% cotton/3% spandex, so it does have some give. The skirt is very full/free through the hips and the straps are adjustable. 💙

This is a tagged size Large, which was recommended for approximately a 30–31” waist. I also measured the actual dress: the waist is approximately 14.25” across laid flat (28.5” around) unstretched. The fabric is 97% cotton/3% spandex, so it has some give. The skirt is full/free through the hips.
