It can still be used as long as you don’t zip it all the way to the bottom. If you keep the zippers at the top it will work. All the other zippers work great! This backpack is wonderful and is in really good condition except the 1 zipper. The zipper still is functional, the zipper just needs to stop at a certain point. 🙂
