rebeccabelle@maggie1170 Hi! Yes, Theory is a premium contemporary luxury brand. The waist measurement laying flat is 16 1/2 inches, so 33 inch waist. The inseam measures approximately 27 1/2 inches. Being melange wool, they are not itchy. NWT, gorgeous pants. I have them set aside to feature in my October premium collection. Of course, if a shopper purchases them, I will be on a hunt for a different pair of pants to feature 🤗💕
