Featuring Vintage The Taltos Fortune Telling Tea Cup, Made by Jon Anton Ironstone of England. Very pretty and well made. No flaws, no chips, slight crazing visible for its vintage age.
The set features various colorful astrological symbols, zodiac signs on the saucer, and a specific phrase along the side of the cup. “Perchance this cup will show it thee. Would’st thy fortune like to see?”
• According to traditional methods, tea leaves are read after the cup is turned and inverted, with symbols closer to the rim indicating faster predicted events.
Both pieces are stamped on the base.
