Pretty feminine top or short dress by Magnolia Pearl . Made of soft lightweight cotton. Perfect for wearing with jeans or shorts. I have worn it a few times and shortened it about 3 inches from the original length. It now measures 32 inches from shoulder to bottom of hem. It’s also 22 inches wide from pit to pit.

carriebarrett16@aletasales Yes . I just re measured it. It’s 22 inches across the chest just below the trim but more like 25 inches pit to pit. It’s gathered and give.
