Fun and colorful vintage Gerry’s toucan brooch, estimated to date from the 1960s–1970s. This whimsical tropical bird features a dramatic oversized red beak, black body, white face and tail accents, gold-tone details, and a small sparkling green rhinestone eye.
The dimensional design and bright enamel colors give this little guy tons of personality! He’s perched on a gold-tone branch with textured feet and detailing.
Back is clearly marked GERRY’S ©, a well-known maker of collectible vintage costume jewelry.
Condition: Good vintage condition with visible age-related wear, including areas of enamel loss/chipping and wear to the gold-tone finish, especially along the red beak. Please review photos closely, as they are part of the description.
A great piece for collectors of vintage figural jewelry, bird brooches, tropical jewelry, or Gerry’s costume jewelry.
Estimated era: 1960s–1970s
